Coming out of a very difficult and uncomfortable year and a half, many of us are swirling in emotions, feeling all kinds of things…all at once. In this PDF, you’ll find a print-ready collection of encouraging affirmations to help you walk through it all.
Send an encouraging word to a friend, put an affirmation in your child’s lunchbox, drop one off at a neighbors’ house (with or without your famous homemade brownies.) Slip a kind word to a co-worker or pass one to someone you run into at school or grocery shopping. You can sign it…or not…whatever works for you. You might even want to print an extra set and put them in a jar on your kitchen table to take…as needed.
This download was created originally for our church family at Winnetka Congregational Church, a non-denominational, LGBTQ-inclusive, family-friendly, justice-oriented, progressive church just north of Chicago.

Our building is easily accessible if you’re in the Chicagoland area. And this summer, on Sundays at 9 am Central, we’ll be worshipping together on the front lawn if the weather’s good or in the sanctuary if the weather’s not.
